8kbd2 Terms & Conditions — Rules of Use

1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 8kbd2 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 8kbd2 website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, and all associated services available at https://8kbd2.app ("the Service").

By creating an account, accessing the Service, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the 8kbd2 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Service.

3. Account Registration

One Account Per Player

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

8kbd2 supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Bangladesh players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard issued by local banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Islami Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).

Deposits

• Underage gambling: Accessing or using the Service while under the age of 18, or allowing a person under 18 to use your account.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account, including through aliases, family members, or third parties.
• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identity documentation; engaging in any form of payment fraud or chargeback abuse.
• Money laundering: Using the 8kbd2 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or for the purpose of disguising the origin of illegally obtained funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including through pre-arranged betting patterns in live casino or sports betting markets.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 8kbd2 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, interface layout, text, graphics, game assets, software, and all associated intellectual property rights — is owned by or licensed to 8kbd2 and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 8kbd2 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or publicly display any content from the 8kbd2 platform without prior written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game code used by the platform.
• Use the 8kbd2 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any context without express written authorisation from 8kbd2.
• Create derivative works based on any content or software from the 8kbd2 platform.

Game content made available through the 8kbd2 platform is provided under licence from the respective game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). All intellectual property rights in those games remain with the respective studios and are subject to their own licensing terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

9. Account Suspension & Closure

Either you or 8kbd2 may close your account at any time, subject to the conditions described in this section.

Player-Initiated Closure

If you wish to close your 8kbd2 account voluntarily — whether for personal reasons or as a responsible gaming measure — you may do so by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure is finalised, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to your verified payment method. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you in full following successful KYC verification. Active bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be removed at the time of closure.

Self-Exclusion

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes and claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations governing online entertainment services as they apply to 8kbd2's operations.

Dispute Resolution

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on the 8kbd2 platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 8kbd2 with respect to your use of the Service. They supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, and arrangements between the parties relating to the same subject matter.
